When AI features are used, required text may be sent to an AI processing channel selected by the app configuration (such as Polishly AI relay or user-configured channels) and processed by third-party model providers.
Your resume history is stored locally on your device by default. API keys entered by users are stored securely on-device. We recommend not including highly sensitive personal information in resume inputs.
Polishly may use third-party services for AI processing, payments, analytics, and infrastructure. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
We retain data only as long as necessary for app functionality and legal compliance. You can remove local app data by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
